Differentiating your emotions from other’s

For some of us it can be difficult to feel the difference between what we feel and what it is what someone else feels. This is very common for people who recognize themselves in the label Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). In this practical workshop we will do exercises that can help with this. Note: this is not a workshop about High Sensitivity, nor do you need to recognize yourself in this label.
