Panic: practical exercises for feeling safe

In this practical 3-part workshop, we will do a couple of exercises that can help to foster a feeling of safety. This can for example be useful for people who suffer from panic attacks,  unsettling anxiety, PTSD and/or dissociation. Dates: 27-1, 3-2, 17-2.
