Reducing anxiety (2-2)

The second part of this workshop is more practical. We will do some exercises that can help to reduce anxiety. And you will create your own personal exposure plan which you can carry out after the workshop in order to confront certain fears. You can attend this second part without attending the first part. Note: if you suffer from panic then you might find the workshop “Panic: how to deal with it” interesting.
