Sense your boundaries better (1-2)

Some of us have the tendency to focus a lot on other people’s needs, often at the expense of our own needs. This can contribute to having your boundaries violated. The first step to work on this is to sense your boundaries better. In this 2-session workshop you will practice with this using emotion focused exercises.
