Everyone of us has certain “strategies” to advance their interests, to deal with challenges and to keep old pain connected with past events at bay. The psychological term for these strategies is coping strategies. This workshop can help you to become more aware of the coping strategies you are using. This can help you understanding certain recurring challenges you might face in your life.
